Matt Haskell is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Labor and Employment practices. He represents companies in the transportation, communication, life sciences and healthcare industries, as well as small businesses and governmental entities in employment, personal injury, construction, and civil rights lawsuits and general commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. In the area of transportation law, Matt defends railroads in federal and state court claims, including FELA, FLSA, Title VII and Federal Railway Safety Act claims. He has defended actions pertaining to emergency response and accident investigations, wrongful death and catastrophic injury, product/premises liability and toxic torts, as well as railroad right-of-way and property matters, among many others.
